Who receives your request?

What does the form ask for?

The request form asks for your name, address, postcode, town or city, telephone number, preferred pickup and return dates and times, and any notes. Your email address is optional. An order request also includes selected items, quantities, areas, the chosen service and the calculated amount. Do not include medical or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for textile care.

When is information sent?

“Request by email” sends your entered details and order through the website to orders@mrkliin.nl. “Request via WhatsApp” prepares a message at WhatsApp; you press send there yourself. The WhatsApp link contains your request text and opens an external service. This website cannot determine whether you actually sent that WhatsApp message. Downloading only creates a copy on your own device.

How do we use your information?

We use your request to contact you, confirm pricing and appointments and perform the service. Only details needed for pickup, return or processing are shared with the relevant logistics or cleaning partner. These forms do not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing messages.

Storage in your browser and on the website

The website remembers only your item selection and Express choice in local browser storage. It does not store your contact or scheduling details there. Secure email submission uses a temporary session cookie and measures against misuse. These process references, hashed verification data and temporary attempt counters; there is no publicly accessible request archive. Sent emails and WhatsApp messages remain part of our correspondence.

Retention, corrections and deletion

Request details are kept for handling your request and, where a service is provided, as needed for performance, administration and any queries or complaints. Email orders@mrkliin.nl to request access, corrections or deletion. We review your request, taking account of information still needed for the service or administration.

External services and your device

When you open WhatsApp, its privacy arrangements also apply. A downloaded or copied summary contains your contact information; share and store it carefully. Close the form after using a shared device. Use the secure HTTPS version of the website for personal information.
